Lifetime Warranty

At ValVybe, we stand proudly behind the quality and craftsmanship of our leather products. That’s why we offer a Lifetime Warranty (website purchases only) covering defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase—for the entire life of the item.

What’s Covered

Our Lifetime Warranty covers:

  • Stitching

  • Buckles

  • Snaps

  • Hardware

  • Craftsmanship defects

This applies to all leather jackets, vests, chaps, and gloves purchased through our website
(excluding canvas, denim, twill, and mesh materials).

If, after inspection, your item is found not to meet our quality standards, we will repair it at no cost. If the product cannot be repaired or has been discontinued, we will replace it with the same item or one of equal value—at our discretion.

Important Notice

Items with patches added (either by you or a third party) cannot be returned or exchanged.
This applies to both stock and custom products.

What’s Not Covered

The Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal or heavy wear and tear

  • Damage caused by improper care, misuse, or accidents

  • Breakdown of leather due to lack of maintenance

Leather is a natural material and will last many years when properly cared for.
